Five year gap brings in top sales for The Cheesecake Shop Roxburgh Park

As the first new store in Victoria for five years, The Cheesecake Shop Roxburgh Park has topped the list in sales performance across 200 sites in Australia and New Zealand.

National franchise development manager, Nick Avgerinos said the overwhelming interest in its Victorian franchises resulted in three parties vying to acquire the Roxburgh Park location but, “The successful franchisee Sam Habashi’s application was first class, and he has translated this standard into the opening of the Roxburgh Park store.” said Nick.

Sam is no stranger to customer service and his dedication is evident in the store’s initial performance.

“In my first month, I have already tasted success. The stores initial performance has been very promising and I am looking forward to growing my business. Mostly, I am thrilled with the community’s response. Customers continue to compliment us on the store and customer service.” he said.

Congratulating Victoria’s newest addition, state manager Justin Menzies said, “The new Roxburgh Park store which we like to call Roxy has been a great success. Customer feedback on the store location and fit-out has been very positive. Overall, the store has opened well and Sam is looking forward to promoting his store in the local market.”
