Fitness franchise, EFM Health Clubs, has further developed its custom-built Online Member Records and Operations Manual System.

EFM business development manager, Greg Nunan said “We engaged IT services company, Promadis, over three year ago now to build a system that would achieve two key objectives, those being to save franchisees time and assist them in monitoring their fitness business.”

The system comprises a Member Records System (MRS) and an online Operations Manual. The MRS gives franchisees real-time KPI data ar both an individual and a group level.

It deliver a range of club reports for sales, marketing, retention and turnover.

“We feel that franchisees knowing their numbers and those that the successful clubs are achieving is key to the success of their fitness business,” said Nunan.

The system can also automate email and SMS messaging for database and member management, has a revenue tracking component and tracks member attendance.
