EFM Health Clubs enjoy 92% member satisfaction

An independent survey of EFM Health Club members has offered a glowing report on member satisfaction.

Business development manager, Greg Nunan, said “We received a 92 per cent member satisfaction rating. The researchers used a rating scale of 1-9, with 9 being top marks and we received an average rating of 8.27.”

“Our top clubs consistently retain upwards of 98 per cent of members on a monthly basis. This type of research result, in a sense confirms what we already knew – our Franchisees are extremely member-focused and do a great job in that area,” he said.

The report also found that 84 per cent of members had referred EFM to someone they knew.
