In his third account of getting a franchise business up and running, Patrick shares in his own words how a franchise network can add support and advice.

Running the business with his wife Gill, Patrick is constantly in touch with other franchisees.

“The experience out there is fantastic and we would be foolish to think we could do it without their assistance,” he says.

What shape has this assistance taken?  Providing advice on IT, sales and a store floorplan are just some of the ways fellow franchisees have supported Patrick and Gill.

Now they are in a position to offer their own advice: “Hop on board and ride the tiger,” Patrick tips new franchisees.
