The Country Comfort hotel chain is expanding in regional Australia.

Franchise manager Jeff Claxton is seeking hotel owners looking for new opportunities and is on a road trip to source key further locations in New South Wales and new sites in Victoria.

Country Comfort is part of the Next Hotels & Resorts business.

Claxton said “As an international group we already have a history of over 30 years in the Australian hospitality market. We know how great the Australian regional experience is and its future potential, that’s why we want to expand the franchising and other hotel opportunities.

“We are enthusastic at the prospects of making Country Comfort the hospitality face of regional Australia.

“Part of the growth is ensuring that the partnerships with local community, business and government is strong and resilient,” Claxton said.

The business empowers and support franchisees to be business and community leaders, backed up by a network of expertise and strategies, he added.
