Huxtaburger fans in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs are in luck! Melbourne’s burger joint, Huxtaburger, has introduced its brand new food concept, HuxtaGO.

The Glen is opening its doors on Wednesday 28th March to its brand new food gallery, with HuxtaGO leading the new arrivals to the area’s latest dining destination.

Built for speed but never compromising on its beloved taste and quality, HuxtaGO is all about ‘serving Melbourne’s favourite burgers in a quicker paced environment, but still appealing to the same burger-loving foodies and delivering the same quality, delicious and fresh product’.

HuxtaGO is the little brother to Huxtaburger and will be a fast paced microcosm of the wider brand. It has been designed by StudioY to capture the youthful essence of the brand from concept through to store design.

Huxtamers and burger fans will recognise the menu which features their all favourites and also new additions such as, all day breakfast burgers, take-away coffee, on-the-go mini burgers and frozen beverages.

Matt Fickling, CEO of Huxtaburger said, “We recognise that Glen Waverley has an awesome food scene that’s rapidly growing, so we’re pumped to share our menu with more burger-lovers in the area through HuxtaGO.”

“This new format brings with it much lower establishment costs for our franchisees and allows us to access real estate and areas around the country where we normally would not open, such as locations in airports, transport hubs, high volume CBD locations and shopping centre food galleries, opposed to the traditional high street and precinct model,” he says.

“There has been high investment into research and development behind this new concept in terms of operations, store design, equipment and technology so we can deliver Melbourne’s best burgers in a fraction of the time – it is all about speed and convenience for our customers!”

This will be our seventh store for the brand.

HuxtaGO will open inside The Glen’s food gallery, a contemporary new dining destination in Melbourne’s South East, alongside 14 other food concepts stores, eateries and restaurants.
