Boost your skills as a franchise professional at NFC14

Are you ready to add to your franchise knowledge and become a Certified Franchise Executive?

Continuing education is the key to success, says Simon Heggen, education manager at the Franchise Council of Australia. And the second annual Certified Franchise Executive program specialist stream will be taking place at this year’s National Franchise Convention in Sydney on Sunday 26 October.

For franchisors and franchisees, this program is an opportunity to be accredited by an internationally recognised initiative. Attendance at the NFC day will earn 400 CFE points.

So what’s on the program?

The day starts with a session on building multi-unit success – the panel includes franchisees The Coffee Club’s Carolyn McManus and Graham Thatcher from Ella Bache; there’s a panel discussion on the Franchising Code of Conduct updates with legal experts; and in the afternoon the Profit Master program looks at measuring and managing profits and cashflow.

The day finishes with the NFC14 official opening and welcome reception.

Registrations can be taken up to 8.30am on Sunday morning and attendees don’t need to be CFE candidates.

The NFC14 is organised by the FCA and is taking place at Sydney Olympic Park, Sunday 27 to Tuesday 28 October.
