Eleven years after launching as a juice bar in Adelaide the Boost Juice Bars franchise business has opened its 200th outlet in Australia, at Port Macquarie.

Janine Allis co-founded the first store after noticing a trend for juice bars in the US.

“We opened our first store with a simple vision. Our goal was to create something that tasted amazing and was good for you, and ensuring that you were always looked after by someone with a smile to make your day just that little bit better,” Allis said.

“Now, reaching 200 stores in Australia, based on the same vision from 12 years ago, is an incredible dream come true. I have loved every minute of it.”

The business is planning to open a further 11 stores in Australia in the next six months. Overseas there are 70 outlets operating across 13 countries.
