Business Development Company (BDC) is a newly formed firm resulting from a merger of the Retail Sales Company (RSC), Retail Property Company (RPC), Franchise Alliance (Victoria and Tasmania) and John Downes & Associates.

BDC offers a range of services provided by industry experts to help the buying or selling of a business.

BDC represents a wide range of trusted brands providing a large selection of franchise choices nationwide; comprehensive information on a variety of flexible business models at various locations will be available at the expo. Consultants will be able to spend time talking to franchise prospects about the type of business that is compatible with their work and life balance and ambitions.
