Franchise dog grooming business Aussie Pooch Mobile is celebrating its 21st birthday with a Pooch Party – and filming the event for a social media fundraiser.

Aussie Pooch Mobile founder, Chris Taylor, said “While everyone loves a good party, the day is really about rewarding the dogs and the volunteers at the Animal Welfare League. Around Australia there are many organisations’ that help animals, especially dogs and most of it is voluntary. So itÕs a big thank you to the volunteers as well.

“ItÕs also a way to raise awareness about the benefits of pet ownership, plus the benefits of pet adoption.”

The party will be held on March 27 at the Animal Welfare League of Queensland Gold Coast shelter and the event filmed and the video uploaded on You Tube.

And for the whole of April, Aussie Pooch Mobile will be donating 21 cents to the Animal Welfare League of Qld for every hit received on the You Tube video.
