Quest Serviced Apartments’ Bunbury franchise has been named Best 4 Star Deluxe Accommodation at the 2011 Accommodation Association of Australia (AAA) National Awards for Excellence.

The win finishes off a good month for franchisees Ron and Jodie Schroeder, who also recently won the Franchisee of the Year award at the 2011 South West Business Awards.

The pair, who have been part of the Quest group for two and a half years, were also named 2010’s Quest Serviced Apartments West Australian Franchisee of the Year.

“As relative newcomers to the Quest network, Ron and Jodie Schroeder very quickly adapted to running a Quest business – and they didn’t let relocating from regional NSW to WA stop them,” said Nick Suriano, general manager franchising at Quest.

“Over the last couple of years, their commitment to refurbishing one of Quest’s longest serving properties and flying the flag for the brand has won them plenty of admiration not just from us, but more importantly, from their very happy guests,” he said.
