Adelaide franchisees support young achievement awards

The South Australian Young Achiever Awards includes the Worldwide Online Printing Sports Award for the first time.

This is the first year the franchised printers will be involved with the annual awards which recognise, encourage and promote the positive achievements of young South Australians aged from 14 to 27.

“This is just the beginning,” said Chris Donovan, owner of Worldwide Online Printing on Flinders Street in the Adelaide CBD. “At Worldwide Online Printing weÕre really excited to be sponsoring the Sports Award — we really believe in acknowledging youth achievement.”

“I encourage anyone who knows a bright, hardworking, worthy young sportsperson to get nominating!” added Jon Bull, owner of Worldwide Online Printing Norwood. Whether its competing, coaching, administration or education, the Worldwide Online Printing Sports Award seeks to applaud their talents and recognise their commitment that in the pursuit of excellence.

Anyone can nominate a young South Australian citizen for categories including Community Service, Arts, Environment, Science and Technology, Indigenous Achievers, Career Achievement, Leadership.

Prizes for this yearsÕ Young Achiever Awards competition include a magnificent trophy and $1000 from HomeStart Finance for each category winner. The overall winner will receive an additional $1000 from HomeStart Finance, a trophy and a holiday for two flying Virgin Blue and accommodation provided by Hilton Hotels.

Last yearÕs South Australian Sports Award winner, Ben Wilden, recently represented Australia in trampolining at the Beijing Olympics.
