A recruitment focus for Poolwerx’s new sales director

Recruiting top quality franchisees to foster the brand's expansion is the top priority for Jeremy Winter, PoolWerx's new franchise development executive.

Previously national sales director at United Franchise Group, Winter brings over 10 years of experience in the franchising industry to the pool and spa care business.

"I've had experience in building a multi-national and multi-brand franchise system and I understand the importance of managing the needs of the franchisor and the franchisee to build a successful and sustainable partnership," he said.

"Working with PoolWerx is a great opportunity to work with an established company that still has a strong opportunity and strategy for growth while maintaining its commitment to franchise partner success."

Winter says finding suitable franchisees to join the Poolwerx system will benefit both the franchisor and the franchisee.

"As franchise development executive, my focus is on finding the best possible people to operate the franchises to ensure sustainable growth of the PoolWerx system and to achieve the business goals.

"I"ve always felt that if a business is a good fit, then it will be a profitable fit for both the franchisor and franchisee, and therefore finding the right candidates is critical."
