Nanotek Car Cleaning has expanded its waterless care system as far afield as Russia but is now opening up an overseas market closer to home, signing up its master franchisee for New Zealand.

CEO, Jim Cornish said “We have always seen New Zealand as a great market for our service. But we do realise that it is a very different market to Australia, so we had to make sure we had the right person in place in order for the potential of the business to be realised.”

Richard Snow, the newly appointed master franchisee for Nanotek in New Zealand, has an extensive background in the automotive market, including nine years as the national sales manager (automotive aftermarket) for Bosch,

Snow said “Nothing I found matched the professionalism or technology offered by the Nanotek system; this is a service that I believe will revolutionise car care in New Zealand.”

Nanotek franchisees purchase a turnkey business and have access to the brand's exclusive product range which are used at motor shows.

A spray-on liquid polymer nano technology encapsulates, lubricates and lifts dirt from the paint surface, and gives a protective polymer coating that lasts up to six weeks.

Founded in Australia in 2004, Nanotek now operates in more than 12 countries.
