Mrs. Fields has returned to Adelaide with the opening of a new store in Westfield Marion after a break of over 10 years.

Debbi Fields opened her store in the Adelaide Myer Centre in the 1990s but was forced to leave due to re-development in the centre.

The acquisition of Cookie Man has now given franchisees Mark and Sandra Simon the opportunity to be the first in Adelaide to upgrade their store to the Mrs. Fields brand.

“We have loved being the Cookie Man however in today’s market the range of products was limiting and now with the Mrs. Fields brand we can offer so much more including cookies and her signature toasties.” commented Mark,  “and for our regular customers we still have our Aussie Biscuits, in bags, barrels and gifts.”

Andrew Benefield, Mrs. Fields Australian CEO, is delighted to have the name back in South Australia and is looking to convert other Cookie Man stores under the brand and open new Mrs. Fields Bakery Caf_s.
