Michel’s coffee put to the test

Michel’s Patisserie is currently running Judgment June, a month long initiative that invites customers to judge the quality of its coffee.

The initiative will see customers sample a regular Michel’s coffee free of charge and provide their feedback accordingly.

Michel’s recently ran a survey that found 78 percent of Australians rely on a coffee to wake them up in the morning, so it seems the need to produce a quality cup of coffee is high on the brand’s agenda.

The survey also found Australians favour the cappuccino and latte, with the two styles proving most popular among respondents.

While a separate survey has found many Australians prefer Michel’s coffee, the brand’s managing director Ellenor Clarke said Judgement June seeks to uncover what the remainder of the population thinks.

“We are putting our beans on the line and asking customers to tell us what they really think of our coffee during Judgment June.

“We’ve been told by Roy Morgan’s independent survey of 50,000 consumers that we are the best coffee shop, but we want to know what the remainder of the Australian public thinks, so we are asking them to put our coffee to the test,” she said.

To take part in the initiative, visit the Michel’s Patisserie website, download a free coffee voucher and redeem it at one of the brand’s 316 stores.
