Mega franchise deal on offer as Frontline and Express Recruitment prepare for jobs surge

Sarah Stowe
A major discount is on offer from Frontline Recruitment and Express Recruitment as the two firms prepare for an expected surge in job seeking next year.
The Frontline Recruitment Group, which operates both franchises, is offering a 50 per cent reduction on the franchise fee to any new franchisees who invest in either one of the business options this year.
Franchise buyers will need to sign an agreement prior to 31 December 2021 to be able to take up the half-price offer.
The franchise-buying incentive comes as the country emerges from lockdowns and faces a predicted rise in job shifts, as a significant number of employees are expected to reassess their careers in 2022.
Michelle Gamble, Frontline Recruitment Group chief marketing officer, told Inside Franchise Business, “We anticipate strong growth across the sector next year as we come out of lockdown. Demand for recruitment services is very strong with high competition for candidates as a result of border closures and a reluctance to change roles.
“We know that early 2022 will be a great time for potential franchisees to open an agency and to that end are currently offering 50 per cent off our franchisee fee across both brands.”
Frontline Recruitment Group is part of a sector valued at $14bn in a September 2020 report by analysis firm IBISworld, with a steady rise of fortune for the recruitment services industry predicted for the next five years.

The Frontline Recruitment business, which focuses on particular sectors such as retail and hopsitality, s has 80,000 clients and 1.2 million candidates on its database. It’s a flexible model that allows franchisees to start the business without the need for a fully-staffed office and the franchisor provides systems, training, budgeting and financial analysis tools.

Express Employment Professionals is a major staffing company; worldwide there are more than 825 locations. This is a relative newcomer to Australia and New Zealand, a fresh import that arrived when the US-based parent company acquired the Frontline Recruitment business in early 2020.
