The Mad Mex golden ticket search for 40 lucky customers who will win a free burrito each week for the rest of 2020 is up and running.

The consumer promotion that channels Willy Wonka’s Charlie and The Chocolate Factory competition kicked off on Tuesday 5th May to coincide with the annual Mexican celebration of  Cinco de Mayo.

Mad Mex has teamed up with Menulog, Australia’s homegrown food delivery service, to bring the golden ticket search to life.

“Staying home can be dull so we thought we’d add some excitement by launching the golden ticket search!,” said Clovis Young, Mad Mex founder and CEO.

To win, customers must order a Mad Mex burrito on the Menulog App, find a golden ticket, snap a creative pic of their win and answer a trivia question.

One golden ticket holder will also get a $1,000 Menulog voucher
