Jim’s Pool Care franchisees awarded

Victoria may not have the ideal climate for year-round swimming, but the southern state’s Jim’s Pool Care franchisees have proved themselves the best in the business, winning the two major awards at the Jim’s Pool Care conference held on the Gold Coast recently.

The National Franchisor of the Year award was won by Adam Post from Victoria South East Region; Sean Kershaw from Jim’s Pool Care Brighton, covering Melbourne’s bayside suburbs, was named National Franchisee of the Year.

Brisbane-based divisional franchisor Brett Blair said “Adam helped build the Division in Victoria and was the first franchisor on the road in Victoria. Adam has built a large and happy customer base and has also sold three franchises throughout Victoria to support the work load that is coming in during summer.

“Sean started with us in mid-2011 and basically ‘maxed out’ his business by Christmas. This achievement has seen him win this highly sought after award.

“Sean has had excellent customer survey responses and many testimonials provided by his happy customers.  He puts it all down to good customer service and going out of your way to ensure customer needs are met,” Blair said.

The Victorian Jim’s Pool Care team looks set to grow even further and has already taken deposits on several other prime sites for the coming season.

“The National Conference was a fantastic opportunity for the Jim’s Pool Care franchisees and franchisors to get together and celebrate our achievements over the past year. We are now looking forward to our busiest time of year as we prepare our clients’ pools for the swimming season,” Blair said.

The national conference was well supported by franchisees from the 54 Jim’s Pool Care franchises across Australia.
