InXpress Narangba, the logistics and shipping business’ longest serving Australian franchise has added another accolade to its already impressive trophy cabinet.

At the Franchise Council of Australia’s (FCA) Queensland Excellence in Franchising Awards, InXpress Narangba operators Jason Hand, Wendy Hand and David Begg took honours in the Franchise of the Year – Single Unit, two staff or more category.

The industry accolade has been a long time coming. The trio were InXpress’ inaugural Australian franchisees, launching their Northern Brisbane outlet more than 10 years ago.

At that time, InXpress was fresh market offering, with less than 50 franchises in three countries, a far cry from the 350 franchise-strong, global entity it is now.

However, it was the trio’s dedicated approach to customer service and entrepreneurial spirit that laid the foundations for what has become a franchise career studded with accolades.

In fact, the InXpress Narangba recognition comes after a series of wins on an internal level. The franchisees have previously been named network Franchise of the Year, in addition to claiming the InXpress Top Gun Award, seeing them join other Global InXpress winners on a trip to Mexico.

James Buck, InXpress Australia & New Zealand Country Manager said the award was due recognition for the faith invested in the franchise model all those years ago.

“We are beyond thrilled for the InXpress Narangba Team,” Buck said.

“To receive this prestigious award is not only recognition of the great work that our franchisees – Jason, Wendy and David – have put into their business but it is also recognition of their amazing achievements within the franchising industry as a whole.”

The regional FCA awards celebrate the achievements of individual franchisees across the country, with winners now eligible to take out the national awards later this year.
