Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, a franchise business, has now launched alcohol delivery within its model.

“We’re excited to offer customers the chance to complement their gourmet pizza with a bottle of red or a refreshing craft beer – without the need to pop out to the bottle shop,” said Renee North, general manager.

“We have handpicked a selection of wine, beer and cider that will complement our pizzas and our customers’ palates.”

Crust’s drinks menu includes Australian brewers James Squire and Little Creatures, along with a selection of premium red and white wines.

Alcohol is now available with any pizza delivery order from Crust’s Armadale, Mill Park, Fitzroy and Melbourne CBD stores. The franchise is planning to stock wine, beer and cider right across the country – pending licenses.

North said Crust would now be working with other states’ legislative bodies to rollout alcohol delivery throughout the rest of Australia.

To order alcohol with their pizza, customers must be over 18, with Crust’s delivery drivers required to apply Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations on delivery. The offer is not available for pick up, but some stores do offer alcohol with dine-in orders depending on their license.
