Go Sushi to expand in France

Sarah Stowe

The Go Sushi franchise is expanding overseas and opening the new Get Sushi brand in Lomme, France in early 2010.

Get Sushi will be the French arm of the Australian owned and operated Go Sushi brand, and will be run by Henri remi Decalonne and Arnaud Fourlegnie in partnership with Pacific International Franchising Group in Australia.

“This is an exciting time for Pacific Retail Management and Go Sushi as this will be our first venture into overseas markets. Remi and Arnaud have both showed a great understanding of the French food market and both parties agreed that Get Sushi will be a fantastic inclusion in the Lomme area,” said national marketing manager at Pacific Retail Management, Scott Philipson.

“We are currently working with Remi and Arnaud to implement the Go Sushi menu and brand new store design into the first store and are really looking forward to expanding the Get Sushi brand throughout both France and the rest of Europe in the very near future,” he said.

According to Fourlegnie, the Go Sushi franchise offers a competitive price point, an easy concept to run with no experience needed, a low investment with high profit and a concept that is “not only on the move, but also a fashionable way of life.”

The new store will be located in the Kinepolis Cinema Complex in Lomme.
