Franck Provost expands

Upmarket hairdressing franchise Franck Provost has unveiled its third franchise outlet and has two more lined up for opening in Sydney within the next two months.

Manly is the location for the latest store, with prime sites in Double Bay and Mosman next to open. Plans are for another store in Sydney and perhaps a location in Brisbane before the end of the year, though these may not be franchised outlets.

Australian master franchisor and business development manager Stephen Panasiak told Franchising “We believe in our concept so we prefer to open in the best location by ourselves and create awareness of the brand.”

A Franck Provost franchise will cost about $300,000 and Panasiak is keen to stress that hairdressing skills are not a requirement for a franchisee. “You don’t have to be a hairdresser to be a franchisee, we prefer investors. They work at reception and co-ordinate the team,” he said.
