Dedicated to setting itself apart from dingy charcoal-stained diners and fatty fried chicken offers, Love Pollo’s “barns” offer quick, healthy, value for money take-home meals.

The menu includes premium healthy, free-range, roam free, chemical free, gluten free chicken, salads, along with gluten free chips, and pulled pollo (free range) burgers and wraps.

“Love Pollo is embarking on expansion in the next 12 months, with plans to grow from two stores to 10 stores in the next two years,” said Sally Caldwell, general manager.

“We are currently reviewing five expansion opportunities across the Melbourne CBD,” she added.

Since the merger between the brand and Lenard’s Chicken in August, both will run separately. Love Pollo now has access to back office infrastructure including franchising, product development, marketing, finance, and IT.

The initial investment of a franchise is $300,000- $350,000 and varies depending on store size and location. The model includes a four week intensive training period, ongoing support and marketing.
