Fitstop opens two more studios in Western Australia

Functional fitness franchise Fitstop shows no signs of slowing down with two studio openings for Fitstop in Western Australia adding to the three already trading.

There’s also a new facility in Queensland at North Ipswich. Each of the gyms opened with at least 100 members signed up.

In total, Fitstop now has 68 outlets across Australia.

The Fitstop Formula incorporates a variety of 45-minute sessions utilising cardio and strength training in a fun and encouraging group setting. Trainers provide a hands-on approach backed with data and technology to ensure members continue to work to their fitness goals.

The business applies an holistic approach, and with its in-App Fitstop Challenge members can create a sustainable health and fitness routine.

For franchisees, the business offers high returns on a low start-up investment, plenty of support from head office as well as a thorough induction process, tools and regular training sessions.

Marketing support helps franchisees build up their territory-based businesses.

The franchisor also sources high quality equipment, and tech innovations such as the App.

Franchisees need to conduct their own leasing negotiations, backed up by leasing manuals and support from head office.

It will cost between $200,000 and $250,000 to buy and set up a Fitstop gym, and franchisees sign up for a five year term.

Franchise recruitment manager Rebecca Hull points out that owning your own gym requires determination.

“Whilst there is flexibility with your business and setting your own hours, to get your business off the ground successfully you will be spending a lot of hours at your gym and developing local business relationships.

“If you are doing this because you love health and fitness and want to make an impact, you will do what it takes, love the process along the way and be financially rewarded,” she says.
