EcoKleenSolar, a niche business in a fast-growing industry

EcoKleenSolar provides a niche business opportunity in the growing solar energy sector.

Solar in Australia has boomed over recent years and according to the Australian Government’s Clean Energy Regulator (CER), in mid-November Australia reached a milestone of 3 million small-scale solar systems installed on rooftops.

That figure equates to solar panels in place on one in four houses, and an increasing number of non-residential buildings also adopting the practice.

CER reports a 30 per cent growth year on year for the solar PV sector (solar rooftop panels) from 2017 to 2020.

Now lockdowns are easing, the Clean Energy Regulator expects installations to pick up and set a new annual record of about 3.2 gigawatts installed for the full year, with more than 400,000 solar installations receiving the Commonwealth incentive this year.

EcoKleenSolar has developed a service business set to grow as the take-up of solar panels continues to flourish.

Regular cleaning of panels is necessary for the solar installations to continue to function at optimum levels,[ inspections include thermal imaging to check for “hotspots” on panels and pest control management, to prevent birds and animals nesting underneath panels.

So these services are provided by EcoKleenSolar.

As an EcoKleenSolar franchisee, you’ll be both delivering these essential maintenance services, dealing with clients and building your business.

This is an affordable entry-level franchise, with a capital investment of just $24,497. It can be operated on a full time or part time basis, and is backed up with support and training.

There is no skills pre-requisite, incoming franchisees undergo a three day training program in Queensland learning all operational processes and receive ongoing marketing support.

The EcoKleenSolar business is part of EcoGroup Franchising, which also offers a roof and exteriors maintenance service.
