Carpet Court, has unveiled a new partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards.

The partnership comes at a time when firms in both the retail and hard-hit travel industries are looking for opportunities to boost business. Franchises benefit indirectly, as the profit from these sales go back into the marketing budget which is then used to promote all stores.

Carpet Court’s chief marketing officer, Kara Norris, said providing extra value to the brand’s consumers is important to the business.

“Carpet Court has been looking for ways to drive value and provide more rewards for our loyal customers. The decision to partner with Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards means our customers will enjoy an extensive range of ways to use their Qantas Points, from flights and hotels to products and services from some of Australia’s top brands,” she said.

The move aims to encourage consumers to see value in shopping with the carpet retailer.

“Flooring is an investment, and we want customers to feel they’re getting the most out of their purchase. Whether that’s the added perks of a reward flight, luxury hotel stay, gourmet food and wine, or home appliances.”

Both residential and commercial Carpet Court customers can earn Qantas Points when they purchase carpet, flooring and rugs from any bricks and mortar store, or online.

Olivia Wirth, CEO Qantas Loyalty, “Australian’s love of earning Qantas Points has enabled us to build strong partnerships with some of the country’s biggest brands. Building connections like these are key to keeping our members active and engaged, while driving real value for the business and the consumer.”

Carpet Court sales assistants will sign up new Qantas Frequent Flyer or Qantas Business Rewards customers at the time of purchase.
