Join the Zambrero family

Providing fresh, healthy, and flavoursome food, Zambrero is Mexican with a mission – to combat world hunger.

When you join the Zambrero family, you’re joining Australia’s largest Mexican restaurant franchise with 184 restaurants across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Ireland and USA.  We’re also one of the country’s fastest growing businesses recognised by BRW for five consecutive years and with up to 35 new stores a year.

From burritos and tacos, to nachos and quesadillas, our menu is freshly-prepared, with a focus on modern, superfood ingredients, to bring new flavours to the Mexican favourites. All our food is made with fresh ingredients and highly customizable with gluten and dairy free, vegetarian and vegan-friendly options.

Zambrero is great food and a good cause all rolled into one – with every burrito or bowl donating a meal to someone in need in the developing world through the Plate 4 Plate initiative. Similarly, for every product purchased from the retail range, a meal is donated to someone in an underprivileged Australian community.

No food experience is required as you will receive training and both on-the-ground support and a dedicated national support office team to set up your new business for success.

What’s more, anyone who asks you what you do for a living, you can tell them this: You’re helping end world hunger. Opening a Zambrero restaurant will have a direct impact on those in need as you join our movement having donated 20 million meals by 2018 towards 1 billion meals by 2025.
