Three Beans

Why Three Beans?
Support & Training
Join Three Beans as a franchisee and you’ll benefit from a fantastic initial training programme, plus ongoing support and advice across the full 10-year term of the franchise.

Low Fees
Three Beans does not make a margin on the real estate, your rent is the rent that Three Beans pays for the café location, while weekly franchise fees are fixed fee (not a percentage of sales).

Best Efforts
A Three Beans franchise can be both financially and personally rewarding – but you get out what you put in! A Three Beans is not an investment vehicle, you can’t just sit back and not be involved in the day to day operation of the business.

What Three Beans Look For:
Skills
Three Beans is looking for people who share its passion for coffee and food, you don’t need any previous food experience but it does look for people with:
High standards of personal integrity
Strong people management and communication skills
Previous successful business experience
Leadership skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A passion for ethical business practices

Hands-On
Running a Three Beans requires a franchisee to be competent in every aspect of the café, from barista skills, food preparation to marketing your store. It is hands on.

The Process
You will need to complete the franchise application form and provide detailed financial and personal records in the initial phase. Once Three Beans receive this information it will organise a meeting with the two founders of the business to allow you and them to determine if Three Beans is right for you. Once you have been approved as a franchisee Three Beans will discuss café availability and locations with you.

Training
You don’t need any prior food experience to be a Three Beans franchisee. The systems and training allow you to become an expert in all aspects of the business. You will spend at least a month of training before you take on your new café and Three Beans will be there with you at the opening to ensure the café is ready to succeed from day one.
