Training and Support: Through the completion of your store, you will complete our initial training program.This training will cover every aspect of the business, from HR management, to financialmanagement, operations and food safety and customer service. This training will take placeover a four week period and will be updated regularly over time and supported by The GlobalLocal detailed operations manual and toolkits.The Global Local amazing management team will assist with any on-going training anddevelopment needs. We have put in place a system that is designed for you to operate yourown business with The Global Local Franchisor providing reasonable ongoing assistance tohelp you establish and develop your business.
Marketing Support: The Global Local has a dedicated annual marketing program/strategy in place. This allowsfor our business’ and services are promoted and targeted effectively. All group and specificmarketing, advertising and promotional activities will by carefully chosen by our Advertisingand Marketing professionals.
Agree Terms: 5 years plus 5 years renewal option
Sites Territories Available: As a Global Local Franchisee, you are entitled to an exclusive territory that is defined by theshopping centre within which your store is located, or a minimum 5km radius if located in astrip location or 100m radius if located in the CBD of any capital city.
