Their founder Roman, aka ‘Papa Schnitz’ spent decades honing the art the perfect schnitzel. Every ingredient, every measurement and every step in crafting the perfect schnitzel has been fine tuned and now forms part of their core menu offering.
A family business, Schnitz is still owned and operated by Roman Dyduk and his two sons Andrew & Tom. The Dyduk’s strong family values
