Schnitz is a casual dining restaurant established in 2009. Growing rapidly over the last 10 years, they now operate over 70 stores across Australia.

Their founder Roman, aka ‘Papa Schnitz’ spent decades honing the art the perfect schnitzel. Every ingredient, every measurement and every step in crafting the perfect schnitzel has been fine tuned and now forms part of their core menu offering.

A family business, Schnitz is still owned and operated by Roman Dyduk and his two sons Andrew & Tom. The Dyduk’s strong family values
can be seen throughout the business – from in store customers experience right through to the support offered to franchise partners.
