Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill is excited to be opening a brand new restaurant at Bankstown and is looking for a franchise partner who’s as passionate as they are about Mexican food.
With a network of more than 70 restaurants located across both Australia and New Zealand, Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill proudly services over 90,000 customers each week. With a Baja Mexican menu based on a fusion of Southern Californian and Northern Mexican cuisine, Mad Mex is heavily focused on providing consumers with a range of healthy options perfect for lunch, dinner or a pre-meal snack.
Skills & Qualifications:
Passion: Are you crazy about fresh and authentic Mexican food? We’re looking for someone that is self-motivated, ambitious and challenge-driven.
Committed: This franchise opportunity relies on outstanding customer service, operational excellence and brand passion.
Integrity: Do you support our belief of gourmet quality food that’s fresh and fast?
Experience: While coming from a food hospitality background is great, it is certainly not essential.
Leadership: As your own Head Honcho, you should be driven to build and lead a winning team, treating colleagues and customers with respect and honesty to create a great work environment.
Training & Other Support:
Mad Mex systems are a science – you won’t find any easier food business to manage. All franchisees receive six weeks of training, along with access to online training tools, materials and support. Our training and operations systems utilize world-best practices integrated with online videos and detailed in-restaurant systems and guides. Our Operations Team will also work alongside you during the initial opening period – assisting both you and your team to ensure a smooth start.
Site Selection, Design & Project Management:
Mad Mex utilises a comprehensive turn-key development program, allowing you to focus on selecting, hiring and coaching an amazing team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Operations & Business Development Support:
All franchise partners have a dedicated ongoing operations and business development manager to assist them with growing their business.
The Mad Mex marketing team provide extensive and ongoing support to both new and existing franchisees across the entire Mad Mex network. This includes local area marketing, social media campaigns and in-restaurant promotional support.
Mad Mex works hard to constantly develop new product innovations that excite and invigorate both new and existing customers, with tools enabling us to develop long-term relationships with those in our Los Locos database. Using a mix of promotional channels that includes both print and digital mediums such as social media, Mad Mex is able to communicate exciting promotional offers at both a national and local level to the brand’s extensive community of loyal customers in order to best grow the brand.
