History

Ferguson Plarre is owned and managed by the Plarre family one of Australia’s longest serving baking families. From its start in 1901, it’s grown into a major franchise network that has kept its commitment to quality and family. You have the advantage of working with the people who own the business and have a remarkable track record of success. Some stores have been established for more than 20 years and the network’s average revenues show solid performance.

Award-winning product range

The delicious product range includes sweets, savouries, sandwiches (subject to lease) and catering solutions. The unique celebration cake range includes photo cakes, licensed brands for children’s cakes, party-size cakes and designer wedding cakes. Stores boast a superb coffee offer and full range of hot and cold beverages.

Simple business model

The model is simple – every store receives freshly baked, fully finished products daily, which means no baking or cooking is required in-store. You get all the training you need to give you total confidence in the product range, ordering systems and customer service.

Our commitment

We are absolutely focused on maintaining the highest of standards in our product quality, culture, customer service, brand and design…and never losing the family-factor with our franchisees. Ferguson Plare
