About this opportunity

We're looking for a new family member in the Greater Sydney area, New South Wales. Coco Cubano is one of the fastest growing franchises in the hospitality industry in Australia. Greater Sydney has seen massive growth within the last couple of years with great potential ahead. We offer a great casual dining/cafe atmosphere with a bar, good food and great coffee.

Marketing support:

Before you open your new store our marketing team will meet with you to develop a custom campaign for your local area. We work in conjunction with shopping centre marketing teams and the local community. We have national campaigns that run through out the year and systems in place to stay connected with our customers.

Training provided:

We are driven by high standards & operational excellence. Your intial training phase includes a skills assessment, company induction followed by the completion of our in store training matrix. Our team will work hand in hand with you to make your opening period run smoothly. Our Head Office team visits all store regularly to ensure all policies, procedures and best practices are being followed. Our team will guide you on management, sales, customer support & provide further training where where necessary.


A variety of skills are valuable for operating a franchise. These are not all essential, however, highly valued:

  • Previous management experience
  • Previous people/team management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • A genuine interest in food and hospitality
  • An understanding of small business management ie. Profit & Loss, HR

Our new look Coco Cubano kiosk (Cubanita) models still maintain the tropical vibe and casual decor that makes it unique. No two stores are the same, with each keeping its distinct personality. Coco features relaxed spaces with bright and colourful seating areas. Cuban tiles, timber finishes, blies & yellows along with plants and greenery are key elements to our design.

The menu is a balance of local favourites and Cuban classics designed to appeal to a broad audience yet be unique enough to stand out from the crowd. With a focus on a quality pastry cabinet, good food and great coffee Coco Cubano is a popular choice. 

We offer flexible menus depending on the demographic and site location. Most Coco Cubanos are licensed to serve alcohol.

We are often located next to other prominent brands such as Grill'd, Mad Mex, Schnitz, Ben & Jerry's, Guzmen Y Gomez, Soul Origin and Coffee Club.
