How It Works
If you are customer centric and are driven to deliver outstanding service, then we want to hear from you. Through the interview process the skills we look is the ability to demonstrate business competence in leading a team, balancing the books, managing costs and cashflow.
Below is an overview of the process we undertake to ensure we are the right fit for each other… remember, this is a partnership, and success is dependent on all parties working towards a common goal.
- Make and Enquiry
Let us know what location you’re interested in
Of course discussing your and our financials is a confidential matter, as such the it is an industry regulation that we enter into a confidentiality agreement. This will be sent to you via our preferred online system docu-sign.
- Due Diligence
This is where we get into the detail which includes; interview with the franchise manager, have a day instore so you get a better feel for the business, we will undergo reference and asset checks, there will need to be finance pre-approval and creation of a business plan and cash flow projection.
Meetings with the State Manager followed by the CEO will be arranged, this is a great opportunity to discuss your business plan and that of the business.
- Sign Off
Following approval from all of the above, your application to join our franchise network will be signed off by the Craveable Brands board.
- Franchise Training
To ensure you fully understand the processes, policies and systems we have designed for our restaurants, you now enter our 10-week training programme.
- The Keys!
It’s time to take ownership of your restaurant… but remember, you have entered into a partnership, our team will be there with you to ensure everything goes to plan!
