You are a contractor building your own local business, with remuneration directly linked to clients we jointly support. NDIS remuneration comprises an upfront bonus per client + an ongoing monthly customer service retainer. Home Care remuneration includes the same bonus for introduced clients, a minimum customer service monthly retainer and (optional) hourly pay for care management, You must attend remote online training on NDIS and/or aged care home care, undertake a series of marketing initiatives, and actively network to generate leads & sales.

Ideal for:

Someone wanting to run their own business, similar to a franchise model (but with no upfront investment or franchisee fees). You'll be experienced or have a keen interest in the disability and/or aged care sectors and be well connected in your local community or eager to network and build relationships with key stakeholders locally.
