Nobody knows roasts quite like Bucking Bull!

Bucking Bull is the boutique carvery franchise Australia is falling in love with! We’ve been perfecting our basting, roasting and carving methods for nearly 20 years, with stores now in Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville and Melbourne.

We deliver slow cooked food, fast. Low and slow is our mantra, with our range of Australian grown meats rack roasted for up to 12 hours.

We combine the freshness of home-style meals with the convenience of food court dining to deliver flavour, quality and genuine customer satisfaction.

Franchisees benefit from an award-winning Best Practice model with ongoing coaching and assistance in sales techniques, operations, local area marketing, cost control, purchasing and financial management.

‘People’ are our most important ingredient!

Some of our most successful Bucking Bull Franchisees had never stepped foot in a commercial kitchen, let alone run a successful food business before.

What our franchisees do have in common is a fiery passion for our brand and product. We’re looking for self-motivated leaders with ambition and drive to grab the bull by the horns and to grow their own business.

If you’re ready to combine your love for quality food with your hunger for success, get in touch!
