Multi-brand fitness firm launches online Home Fitness Network

Belgravia Group, the parent company of Coaching Zone and Genesis Health + Fitness, has switched it up with a brand new dedicated digital fitness channel.

Home Fitness Network has been developed in collaboration with partner Les Mills International.

Ian Jensen-Muir, CEO of Belgravia Health and Fitness, said “The Home Fitness Network combines exercise, nutrition and community support in one place; bringing our place to your place to help the community stay healthy, fit and socially connected from the comfort of their own homes during this challenging and unprecedented time.

“Keeping a routine of exercise and good nutrition wherever possible will help ensure a positive mindset.

Belgravia Group launches online

The new online platform features training sessions from three of its brands: Belgravia Leisure, Coaching Zone and Genesis Health + Fitness, and access to more than 100 Les Mills workouts.

Home Fitness Network has its own low-cost membership fee, $7.50 a week. The program caters for all ages, levels and abilities, providing group fitness, options for new mums, wellness seekers and ageless actives as well as strength and conditioning and an active kids program.

To keep up the energy levels there is also a dedicated Spotify playlist to help recreate the class atmosphere.

There is also access to Genesis Health + Fitness, a nutrition portal designed by Michelle Bridges’ 12 week body transformation team.

Which brands are part of Belgravia Group?

Belgravia Group is known for its mix of corporate and franchised businesses: Belgravia Leisure, Genesis Health + Fitness and Coaching Zone, Ninja Parc, JUMP! Swim Schools, BKs Gym & Swim.

The Belgravia Group launched its indoor Tough Mudder-inspired playcentre concept Ninja Parc just last year.

It also acquired the Jump! Swim School chain in 2019.

Coaching Zone is a specialised group personal training studio combining training and coaching.  Last year it appointed Commando Steve as an ambassador.
