Huxtaburger was founded in 2011 by foodies Daniel Wilson, Dante Ruaine and Jeff Wong. The menu boasts its burgers and signature “Huxtaburger”, as well as other American-style sides and beverages such as milkshakes and beers.

The brand has established five locations around Melbourne since starting up and three new locations set to open in Melbourne in the next year.

Initial investment for a Huxtaburger franchise begins at $560,000 for a Melbourne CBD location. This includes initial training, assistance with site and lease negotiation. Franchisees also have access to marketing and administration support. The franchise agreement is for five years with an option to renew.
