Burleigh Waters’ NightOwl franchise is undergoing a major renovation, scheduled for unveiling this Thursday 17 March.

Franchisee Terry Smith said the strategic improvements to the store’s frontage, layout, fixtures and fittings and which cost $100,000, will attract even more customers to the already popular store.

“The emphasis will be on the store being user-friendly and fresh. We’re installing contemporary fittings including modern shelving units, sleek ceramic flooring – you name it,” he said.

Energy saving light bulbs and refrigeration units will also be installed.

According to NightOwl CEO, Andrew Morgan, the store makeover will help to set an example for other local businesses to follow.

“Burleigh Waters is a booming area for families, tourists, business and industry. It makes complete sense to unveil a store which will take convenience shopping to a new level for the store’s valued customers,” he said.
