Concept: Drive-Thru Coffee
Latte Cartelle was established in 2003 to provide a premium drive- thru coffee experience to the people of Melbourne.
Territory: Our drive-thru coffee franchise stores have individual exclusive territories. Please contact us to secure your preferred location. We are also taking reservations for Western Australia due to begin rollout in late 2010. Expressions of interest are welcome for QLD, NSW, SA and Tasmania.Training Provided: Full training is conducted over two weeks at our Head Office, with full support in-store for your opening week. You will complete the Latte Cartelle Barista Training Course, along with all the management and necessary food handling requirements. Training includes:

  • Barista Training Program, Store Operations
  • Staff Recruitment and Training
  • Food Safety and Handling
  • Local Area Marketing
Ongoing Training and Support: Our Field Support Managers will provide you with ongoing operational and business support to assist you in achieving the highest level of customer service and maintain sales growth. Barista Refresher Sessions are also available for staff and management.Marketing Support: Head office, along with the tools provided in your Local Area Marketing Manual will assist you in developing your stores marketing campaign. Our support staff will assist with budgets and marketing forecasts.Agreement Term: 5 years x 5 renewable options (25 years)Number Of Units: 3x company owned 1 x franchise (opened 2009)Investment Required: $180 - $220k plus franchise fee of $30k for a full turnkey operation.Business Established: 2003Franchising Commenced: 2009Qualifications Required: You don’t need any experience in the coffee industry to become a franchise owner.
