Red Rooster have been using The Realise Group for our mystery shopping program since August 2002. We have over 300 stores which are mystery shopped on a monthly cycle. Our stores are located in all states and territories of Australia except Tasmania and many are in regional locations.

We receive exceptional service from The Realise Group. We have worked closely with them to design our program initially and have changed the program at various stages to meet changing business needs. The Realise Group provides reports which are easy to read and reflect the way we do business. They provide a set of reports each month which are always provided promptly, within 5 days of the end of the month.

I find The Realise Group easy to deal with, professional, happy and cheerful to accommodate special request as and when we need them. The Mystery Shopping program has been very well received

I must get contacted at least monthly by Mystery Shopping companies eager to acquire our business, we have been running mystery shopper programs for the past ten years and have recently appointed The Realise Group to complete our in-store assessments.

I was particularly impressed by everyone’s attention to detail throughout the entire process, and your ability to meet our somewhat demanding deadlines with minimum fuss. What’s more, the detail and thoroughness of each research report should be applauded, as rarely have I been left with such meaningful and useful reports as these.

In fact, I can honestly say that The Realise Group handled this task better than any other past Research Company that I have dealt with, and that is why I have no hesitation using The Realise Group again in the future. Furthermore, as I made you aware, we always find a degree of defensiveness from our Managers when enlightening them that their stores have been mystery shopped and when sharing the findings with them.

However, being experienced in this behaviour, I appreciated the consideration you gave to this, and the positive and always encouraging style in which you delivered the findings, even when the news was not necessarily positive. I sincerely believe that the credibility of your presentation at our Mnagers Conference played a big role in getting the buy-in from our Managers.
