Triple O Property Maintenance provides handyman services primarily to the domestic market. Services include carpentry, doors, fencing, painting, plastering, tiling, windows and other miscellaneous repair jobs. 

Any jobs that require a licence can be project managed by operators.

The business was established in 2013, it began franchising in 2014.

Ian Izzard, managing director, says, “We are looking to expand into New South Wales and Victoria in 2018.”

‘We’d like to initially get 10 franchisees on the ground in both states.”

Metropolitan sites will be targeted at this stage. The initial investment is $38,500 and includes training, uniforms and systems. Franchisees need to supply their own tools and vehicle. There is an ongoing flat fee of $1650 + GST a month.

Franchisees “don’t necessarily have to have trade skills,” added Izzard. The main skill required is superior customer service.
