Third win for Muffin Break in customer satisfaction survey

Muffin Break has scooped its third consecutive win in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, putting the premium bakery cafŽ franchise in the lead to claim the title of Coffee Shop of the Year.

The franchise cafe brand, part of the FoodCo group business, topped Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction surveys in February and March with a customer satisfaction rating of 89 percent. The only brand to increase its rating in April 2012, Muffin Break finished Roy Morgan’s latest released survey with 91 percent of its customers ‘fairly’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the quality of service received at Muffin Break cafŽs across the nation.

Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on the independent research agency’s ongoing single source survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision-makers. At the end of the annual survey, the coffee shop with the most number of Number One monthly ratings will be named Coffee Shop of the Year.
