Pharmacy franchise network Terry White Chemists has appointed the Business Development Company (BDC) to act as property consultants to help achieve its 10 year target of 400 outlets.

The Terry White Chemists franchise chain is made up of 160, predominantly shopping-centre based, pharmacies across Australia, each with an average store size of 400sqm.

Anthony White, CEO said “The BDC appointment reflects the need to establish a robust infrastructure framework to accommodate Terry White Chemists’ projected expansion. To achieve our objectives it is crucial that the network can quickly access a substantial nation wide property support structure which BDC now provides.”

The Business Development Company was formed in 2009 by a merger of Retail Property Company, Retail Sales Company, Phil Blain, John Downes & Associates and SITE Retail in New Zealand.
