Spray Pave recruiting 10-15 licensees per year

By | |

Spray Pave is a concrete decorating and resurfacing licensee model headed up by founder Chris Bylhouwer. Inside Franchise Business: Spray Pave offers a no royalty licensee model.

A mobile business, licensees service areas with concrete such as shopping centres and schools. There is a marketing territory, but not an operating territory.

Bylhouwer said Spray Pave is looking for steady flow growth nationally in metropolitan and regional areas, with an annual target of 10-15 a year.

The initial investment is $37,500 which includes an initial marketing campaign. Equipment can be purchased for a further $11,500. Equipment can also be hired or bought second hand. Spray Pave offer an in-house payment plan which licensees can access by first paying a $9,500 deposit. The model has no royalties or renewal fees and is suited to entrepreneurial types.

“The right licensee is simply a social person with an eye for detail,” said Bylhouwer.
