Snap-on Tools celebrates two decades down under

Mobile retail franchisor Snap-on Tools has been servicing and growing throughout Australia and New Zealand for 20 years, the number of franchises now totally 150. On top of this, the company has more than 80 years global experience and continually boasts new and innovative products.

To celebrate the double decade landmark, it kick started the year with its national Annual Franchise Conference held this year in Perth. As well as this being a 20 year anniversary dinner, the event saw winners of the National Snap-on Tools Franchisee Awards announced. The conference also showcased new products and launched new support and training programmes for all franchisees.

Nick Hudson, Snap-on national franchise manager said, “One of the keys to ensuring longevity in the franchising business is to constantly strive to improve and refine programmes and show support for franchisees. One of the biggest mistakes an established group like ours can make after 20 years is to become complacent. The market is continually changing and our aim is to be one step ahead.”
