Smartline scoops top slot for ninth year in franchisee survey

Mortgage business Smartline has once again pipped the competition to take the top slot in a franchisee satisfaction ranking of franchise brands.

This is the seventh year in a row that Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers has held the number one spot.

The franchise was ranked first in four of the six sub categories in the topfranchise.com.au survey: support, lifestyle, passion and marketing.

Smartline managing director Chris Acret said “While it’s great to be recognised within the mortgage industry, we’re very proud of the fact that this award recognises Smartline as the benchmark in franchising across all industries, and is based on the feedback of our own people.

“We’ve been in business for nearly 17 years and continue to evolve. We continue to stay true to our fundamentals but have certainly evolved along the way to capitalise on technology, meet the changing needs of our clients and adapt to regulatory requirements and the like.”

Acret said the team approach, strong culture, camaraderie and collaboration among franchisees were core to success.
