You have to have passion, and enjoy your franchise role. That’s what Michael Hibberd believes. And Michael has notched up 17 years as a franchisee within the Quest Serviced Apartments group.

Starting out in the business that “just felt right”, Michael is the longest serving franchisee in the Quest network.

Today he can look back on a career that has seen him own and manage a number of accommodation sites, and he’s still a keen ambassador for the brand.

In this video interview, Franchising editor Sarah Stowe finds out from Michael how he developed his business and what skills and abilities are required to be a success in the Quest group.
