The casual dining chain Rozzi's Italian Canteen is expanding its footprint to New South Wales with the appointment of a master franchisee for the State.
Fabian Rebelo, a seasoned food and beverage operator and the former chief operating officer of Mad Mex, takes on the master franchisee role.
Rozzi’s director Dean Salomone said “It’s a testament to our business model that someone of Fabian’s calibre and experience has invested into our group and we could not be any more delighted. It is a very exciting time for us.”
Rebelo said the brand has highlighted significant gaps in the market place.
“I’m very excited to bring this modern casual dining model to NSW and will be announcing our new locations shortly,” he said.
